Co-founder of Youtai Intelligent Technology, long focused on smart hardware and consumer electronics, driving the integration of industrial design and product implementation. Led the company's transition from a studio-style R&D team to a corporate operation, building a delivery mechanism that unifies appearance, structure and software/hardware collaboration.
Centered on client business goals and user experience, he insists that design proposals must be moldable, mass-producible and verifiable. He leads the team across multiple categories, continuously consolidating methodology and case capability from creative proposal to mass-production closure.
Luo Shichen
Core Partner
Deeply involved in Youtai's core business, responsible for project coordination, client communication and milestone control. Skilled at coordinating resources across parallel R&D disciplines to ensure smooth handoffs between proposal, design, prototyping and pilot production.
Focused on delivery quality and communication efficiency, he drives issue closure and process transparency, helping clients reduce uncertainty in complex hardware development and keeping projects on target.

He is committed to integrating industrial design with product implementation.He led the company’s transformation from a studio‑style R&D model to standardized corporate operation, and built an efficient delivery mechanism with multi‑party collaboration covering appearance design, structural engineering, software and hardware development.Centered on clients’ commercial value and end‑user experience, he upholds strict implement‑oriented design standards to ensure solutions are mold‑ready, mass‑production‑feasible and verifiable.He leads the team to deliver multi‑category product development projects. Design Director
Leads the company's design direction and quality control, covering appearance and experience design for smart home, appliances, health and beauty products. Skilled at unifying brand tone, usage scenarios and process constraints into workable appearance solutions.
Leads design reviews and CMF decisions, working with the structural and electronic teams through the full process from concept to prototype to mass-production appearance sign-off, consistently delivering design results that balance aesthetics with engineering feasibility.
Wang Lingnian
Senior Structural Engineer / Co-founder
Co-founder of Youtai, focused on product structural design and engineering implementation, leading structural solutions and mold reviews for smart home, consumer electronics and other categories. Finds the best balance between assembly process, reliability validation and cost control.
From feasibility assessment in the concept phase to structural freeze in mass production, he controls structural quality across the full process, working with the appearance and hardware teams to ensure design intent is faithfully reproduced in volume production.
Yan Dazhi
Structural Engineer
Responsible for detailed structural design and engineering drafting of smart hardware products, skilled in 3D modeling for part decomposition, tolerance analysis and interference checks, ensuring structures are manufacturable and assemblable.
Working alongside prototype builds and pilot runs, he keeps optimizing wall thickness, snap fits and routing layouts, translating appearance concepts precisely into mass-producible structural drawings.

Leads appearance ideation and form exploration across multiple categories, skilled at producing product designs that combine distinctiveness and beauty based on user scenarios and brand DNA.
Continuously exploring CMF and surface processes, she presents design concepts through high-quality renderings and prototypes, working with the structural team to preserve creative intent within engineering constraints.
Engineer Cheng
Gear Engineer
Deeply engaged in precision gear transmission design and manufacturing, focused on parameter calculation, tooth-profile optimization and noise control for gearboxes, transmission mechanisms and power-train systems, providing core engineering support for Youtai's precision-transmission projects.
Familiar with multiple gear processes and material characteristics, he optimizes transmission solutions based on equipment capability to improve product precision, lifespan and running smoothness.
Lu Jingwei
Structural Engineer
Handles structural solution design and execution, from early feasibility analysis to prototype validation and drawing archival, ensuring structural designs are completed on schedule with high quality.
Pays close attention to tight collaboration with the appearance, electronics and supply-chain teams, tracking pilot-production issues and iterating quickly to ensure final mass-produced products meet design and quality requirements.
